  • We provide plates, forks, napkins, warmers, condiments, bread or bun, served buffet style.
  • Disposable products will be used.
  • We also offer a bulk-meat carry out option for your event.

How much should I order? Helpful tips when ordering for a group:

One pound of meat will serve 3-4 people. One pint of sides will serve 3-4 people. One quart of sides will serve 6-8 people. One gallon of sides will serve approx. 30 people. A pint of sauce will cover 15-20 sandwiches.

1 Pint = 2 Cups

1 Quart = 2 Pints

1 Gallon = 4 Quarts
