Nothing satisfies a large or small crowd like our nation famous BBQ pork or beef, smoked baby back ribs, or BBQ chicken. Call ahead for some wonderful BBQ goodness and we’ll have it ready when you walk in the door.

We use only the finest, premium cuts of meat. Your food is always fresh, hot and ready for service. Our specialties include BBQ Beef so tender it melts in your mouth and Southern BBQ Pork cooked to perfection served with our special sauce.

We ask for 24 hour notice on bulk orders.

How much should I order? Helpful tips when ordering for a group:

One pound of meat will serve 2-3 people. One pint of sides will serve 3-4 people. One quart of sides will serve 5-7 people. One gallon of sides will serve approx. 30 people. A pint of sauce will cover 15-20 sandwiches.

1 Pint = 2 Cups

1 Quart = 2 Pints

1 Gallon = 4 Quarts
